Laura Lambrecht is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Boulder County real estate agent with WK Real Estate, serving Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie and Longmont, Colorado. She helps older adults and their families navigate later-in-life moves, including downsizing ("right-sizing"), selling a longtime home, moving into a senior living community, and purchasing a home for multigenerational living. Her SRES® designation, awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®, provides specialized training for guiding seniors and their families through moving transitions.
Laura has lived in Boulder County since 1979, more than four decades of calling this area home. A Fairview High School and CU alumna, she has watched Boulder County's communities grow and change, and she knows the area as a longtime resident: its towns, its trails and foothills, and the everyday rhythms of life along the Front Range. She now lives in Louisville with her husband, where they raised their sons, and she brings that firsthand familiarity to every client conversation about where and how to live next.
Before real estate, Laura spent decades in customer-focused work as a small-business owner (since 1991) and a consultant for non-profits, which shaped her creative problem solving, empathy, and clear communication. As an SRES®, she guides clients through each step of a later-in-life move, from preparing a longtime home for sale to finding and purchasing a smaller one, and she keeps them on track toward their end goal. Laura shares a network of trusted senior-focused professionals with her clients, and she is a resource other professionals turn to: she receives referrals from senior organizers, senior living communities, and other senior-service professionals, and she serves as a guest-panelist on area senior-focused presentations.
